LATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT
2023 Jr. National Showcase
Charlie Wortham is a 2025 C/3B with a 6-0 187 lb. frame from St. Peters, MO who attends De Smet Jesuit. Strong athletic build. Right handed hitter, big stride into contact, busy hand load, creates nice raw bat speed and gets some jump off the barrel, timing intensive swing that worked well in his game at-bats, projects plenty of power in the future. 7.13 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has quick and balanced lower half actions, tight exchange and release, makes consistently accurate throws with some carry, repeats his actions well. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
