Nicholas Dargel is a 2024 C/OF with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Hackettstown, NJ who attends West Morris Central. Medium compact frame with some room to fill. Ran an 8.40 second 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, worked out behind the plate with quick movements, starts a little off-squared to receive, deliberate transfers but confident getting to hand, gets upright into throws with some length to arm action but accuracy to bags. Right-handed hitter, sets up slightly open, works a mostly of the field approach with a slightly uphill bat path, some length to the stroke at times but shows flashes of things to work with when getting squared contact out front.
