2022 Fall Northeast Showcase
Sean Karbach is a 2026 IF/RHP/OF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Berlin, NJ who attends Eastern. Strong, durable frame with a high waist and plenty of physical projection remaining. Recorded a 7.92 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary infielder with a developing defensive skill set and plenty of upside. Displayed long, fluid strides to field cleanly out in-front and showed some athleticism up the middle. Recorded accurate throws up to 77 mph during drills. Secondary right-handed pitcher that worked from a full windup delivery with a lower leg lift and shorter stride out to foot strike. Fastball worked in the low-to-mid 70s for the duration of his outing and topped out at 75 mph from a short, lower three-quarters arm slot. Showed developing command of the strike zone and short arm-side run when on-time and in-sync. Will need to refine some things mechanically to take the next step on the mound, shows tons of physical upside and will continue to add velocity as he matures. Right-handed hitter that hits from an upright, narrow stance with a low hand set and small stride into launch. Whole field approach with slightly lofted swing path and developing feel for the barrel, will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments, additional lower half usage and physical maturity.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
