Cade Gadman is a 2022 2B/RHP/IF with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Brandon, MS who attends Jackson Academy. Recorded a 7.64 second 60-yard dash time. Primary second baseman with a medium frame and slender build. Soft hands with a good funnel and quick release from fundamental gather out front on ground balls. Clean footwork working through the ball around the bag and throws across the diamond at 80 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher with an easy turn from small side step and direct delivery to the plate. Commanded the zone with a fastball up to 76 mph and a curveball in the low-60s with depth when he gets on top and doesn't overthrow it. Quick worker on the mound with simple delivery and ability to field the position. Right-handed hitter with an even base and slightly open stance in the box. Shifts the weight to the backside with a short stride and drops the barrel into the slot from a flat barrel on back shoulder start. Rotational swing path through the zone with length out front when timing is in sequence. Uses the whole field with barrel control and has a projectable frame to add size for more impact through the zone. Excellent student with a 4.0 GPA.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
