Joseangel Alvarado is a 2022 3B/RHP, 1B, 2B with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Cutler Bay, FL who attends Coral Reef Senior. Medium frame with an already filling out build. Ran a 8.72 second sixty yard dash. Primary Third Baseman, sitting back on the baseball as he makes sure to keep the play in front of him. Gathers and then works into a quick transfer. Accurate across the diamond as he threw it 70 mph during drills. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, working with a simple deliver as he lifts to the belt before working down the hill. Stays direct to dish and proved he could fill up the strike zone. Fastball up to 72 mph and mixed in a breaking ball showing vertical movements. Right-Handed Hitter, starting slightly spread out and in line. Smaller leg lift to stride as he lands in a balanced positioned. Downhill swing path as he looks to stay inside the baseball and drive it middle-away. Proved he could find the barrel consistently. Outstanding Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
