Drew Finlayson is a 2024 OF/RHP, UT with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Kansas City, MO who attends Liberty North. Medium size frame. Ran an 8.02 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder gets to the baseball with some footwork, shows soft hands fielding and working through the baseball with solid average arm strength from the outfield. Polished mechanics at the plate with toe tap timing consistently getting on time and to a fundamental hitting position. No wasted movement in the swing with in sync swings, a level path through the zone and the ability to use the whole field. Fastball curveball on the mound out of a three-quarter arm slot. Solid average arm speed and a sweeping breaking ball he can throw for strikes. Named to Kansas City Indoor Top Prospect List. Great student.
