Coleman Granberry is a 2023 1B/LHP, OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Auburn, AL who attends Auburn. Ran a 7.22 sixty-yard dash, athletic frame with present strength. Primary first baseman, plays low and looks comfortable at the position. Fields the ball out in front with athletic movements around the bag. Easy throwing motion, 79 miles per hour across the diamond with accuracy. Secondary left-handed pitcher, simple operation, switches feet into a drop and drive delivery. Comes from an over-the-top arm slot with a full arm circle. Lands towards the first base side of mound, closing himself off, having to throw across his body. Fastball up to 81 miles per hour with some arm side run on it, ranged between 79-81 miles per hour. Flashed some feel for breaking ball, continuing to develop. Some refinement of mechanics would improves consistency on the mound. Right-handed hitter, starts with slightly open, narrow base with a big stride. Torques his body well creating barrel whip, produces a lot of bat speed with some juice to the pull side. Elevated swing plane that projects well with the addition of strength. Named to 2021 Sunshine Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
