Sam Tritico is a 2025 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Nederland, TX who attends Nederland. Athletic wiry build. Primary short stop with a clean funnel and soft hands. Moves to the ball well and made most throws with good accuracy. Has a quick release with shorter arm action. Also ran a 7.15 sixty. Right-handed hitter who sets up with a narrow base slightly open. Uses a short leg lift trigger for timing and rhythm. Has a quick set of hands with a level swing. Also pitched topping out at 77. Throws from a high 3/4 slot coming full circle. Mixed in a tight 11-5 shaped curve that he was comfortable going to. Excellent student. Also named to the PG South Central Top Prospect list.
