Aaron Zahodne is a 2023 OF/3B with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Westland, MI, who attends John Glenn. A taller frame with a slender build. Ran a 7.07 60-yard dash. A primary outfielder who fields it off to the side with one hand, working through it and keeping his momentum moving through it. Longer arm stroke through the back with a full arm stroke. Throws were at 80 mph with accuracy. Had some carry on the throws from a higher release point. Also worked out as an infielder with a medium frame, fielding it up the middle with two hands. Active footwork getting to the ball, fielding it out front. Compact arm stroke with throws at 76 mph across the infield. A right-handed hitter with a slightly open stance. Starts with higher-set hands and the back elbow up. Wider base with the feet. He was able to get extended regularly throughout his round of BP and loft the ball at times. Produced a 78 mph exit velocity during his round of BP. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
