Adam Smith is a 2024 MIF/RHP, SS with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Highlands Ranch, CO who attends Rock Canyon. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and present strength to frame, additional room to grow and fill moving forward. Ran a 6.94 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, moves well to the ball, fields it out front and shows quickness to hands with nice glove work, sound footwork to and through the ball, quick release from a shorter arm action, accurate across with the ability to throw from multiple slots. Right-handed hitter, begins with an even base at the plate, utilizes a leg lift trigger for timing into a longer stride. Swings with intent and does a nice job of generating leverage to pull side, sound mechanics with a good swing, can implement additional separation but shows strength in hands and ability to impact the baseball to his pull side. Very good student. Named to the Rocky Mountain Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
