Matthew Hedrick is a 2024 LHP/OF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Memorial Private. Medium build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.92 seconds. Primary LHP who sat 77-81 mph with the FB that flashed cutting action at times and he showed very advanced command of the offering. Varies the shape on the breaking ball and all versions he showed had some bite to them. This is another pitch he showed advanced feel for landing in the zone. At the plate he hits out of a slightly open stance with a leg lift trigger. Plenty of loft to the bat path. Good student.
