Griffin Zipter is a 2029 C/RHP/3B with a 5-4 130 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Concordia Lutheran. Compact build with plenty of room for growth and maturity to his frame. Ran a 8.52 in the sixty. Catcher, gains ground well for age from higher crouch. Arm is on a line well and comes out cleanly from consistent release point. Solid actions. Right-handed pitcher, steady windup into a high three-quarter release and longer arm action in the back. Shorter stride length. Showed feel for both his mid-60s fastball and developing breaker, mixed with confidence. Right-handed hitter, turned in foot and high hand set. Can repeat well, short stroke with intent. Stays level and balanced for age and sprayed to all fields. Very impressive for age in several facets. Named to Top Prospect list.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
