Carter Kelley is a 2024 RHP/MIF/OF with a 5-6 140 lb. frame from Chandler, AZ who attends Hamilton. Compact build with wiry athletic traits in the frame that project going forward. Ran a 6.95 in the 60-yard dash. Outfielder, good charge and transfers to throws with developing arm strength. Accuracy stood out in round. Infielder, has an arm across the diamond with sound actions. Made plays to his left consistently with softer hands through the ball. Catcher, showed sound hands and nimble hips behind the dish. Accurate arm with good hands that receive well. Hopped on the mound and worked a high-70s fastball and low-60s curveball from a shorter release point. Right-handed hitter, good intent in the hands with some jump off the barrel. Can torque his core and work a hard barrel to the pull side when timed. Defensive versatility and two-way potential.
