Evan Horvith is a 2024 SS/2B with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Manvel, TX who attends Glenda Dawson. Medium frame with a lean build. Ran a 7.58 second 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, loose actions and quick feet, moves to the ball well and funnels clean to the middle, gains ground in gather and has developing arm strength but accurate throws across. Lefthanded hitter, open and upright start, deep load and moves in well, short hands-oriented swing, in sync with the lower half and able to backspin the baseball, very fluid and found the barrel a good amount with some flashes of strong impact to the pull gap. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
