Patrick Fowler is a 2027 SS/C/2B with a 5-1 96 lb. frame from Houston, TX. Very small frame with a young build. Ran an 8.79 second 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, simple movements around the infield, reaches some at receiving but able to get moving into his throws and gets rid of it from a compact release showing accuracy across. Righthanded hitter, sets up slightly open and uses a small shift in; fairly short swing working on a level plane, contact-oriented approach and able to turn the barrel over needing added strength to improve results off impact.
