Reginald Samuel II is a 2025 3B/RHP/1B with a 5-10 195 lb. frame from Cedar Hill, TX who attends Cedar Hill. Samuel ll works from a medium athletic build with strength proportioned nicely throughout the frame. Starting from his primary IF spot, he showcased active footwork with smooth actions and soft hands. Samuel ll released quickly with carry across the diamond up to 78 mph and changed slots when needed. On the mound he ran his FB up to 84 mph with calculated controlled mechanics to effectively work downhill. He remained balanced over the rubber and successfully front-doored an 11-5 curveball with late bite. Offensively, the righty started from an open stance with a big leg kick into weight shift that produced solid impact when timed up. He flashed bat speed through the zone and will only see damage potential increase as the barrel control refines. Ran a 7.68 sixty yard dash. Named to Top Prospect List.
