Damon Willis is a 2026 MIF/RHP, C, OF with a 5-0 105 lb. frame from Sugar Land, TX. Young, square shouldered frame with a lean build and room to grow and develop physically moving forward. Ran a 9.64 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, fields the ball out front, takes short steps moving towards the ball, young actions will continue to refine, shorter arm action through the back on throws, developing arm strength. Fields the ball out front in the outfield as well, upper body dominant release, gets uphill with throws at times, works over front side, can incorporate additional lower half into actions. Right-handed hitter, begins with an open stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; limited shift through lower half moving into contact. Handsy swing and stays short to the ball, abbreviated finish through point of contact, contact oriented approach, bat speed will continue to develop with added strength.
