Colby Legarde is a 2025 2B/RHP/SS with a 5-7 120 lb. frame from Humble, TX who attends Atascocita. Smaller frame with a young lean build. Ran an 8.26 second 60-yard dash. Primary second baseman, short strides around the dirt and players under control, clean hands and funnels well to the middle of his body, accuracy plays well across with arm strength fitted for second base. Also pitches, quick compact delivery and works on top of the baseball well, some sink to the fastball into the low-70s, very projectable spin on a vertical breaking ball up over 2300 RPMs at times. Right-handed hitter, narrow start and small move in, short direct stroke with some stiffness, some inconsistency with the accuracy of the barrel but gets the hands out and creates some space, will get more fell to adjust with time but good direction in the process. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
