Federico Moran is a 2025 SS/RHP with a 4-8 95 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Cypress Woods. Small and young frame with plenty of time to mature physically. Ran a 9.50 second 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, shows some bounce to actions working light on his feet to the ball. Is agile around the dirt and has softness to hands transferring to a short arm action that will work with added arm strength. Also pitches, uses only fastballs at present with some intent and extension over the front side working to both halves of the plate with slight cut. Right-handed hitter, sets up slightly open with a high back elbow. Works on a longer path to contact with developing feel for the barrel that should improve with added strength.
