Travis Ruch is a 2027 RHP/IF with a 5-7 135 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends St. Thomas. Smaller frame with a young and thin build. Ran an 8.09 second 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, simple and compact delivery, clean movements to release and gets through a high three-quarters slot, can get across his body some and around the fastball; throws a good amount of strikes up to 74, flashed some shape to a softer slurve-shaped breaking ball, threw strikes throughout. Also plays infield, slower approach and sets the hands early, longer gather and gets it out from a lower slot, up to 71 across. Right-handed hitter, open setup and small move in, uphill path with some signs of hands speed, best contact to the middle.
