Stephen Kaiser is a 2023 SS/RHP with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from El Paso, TX who attends El Paso. Medium frame with a lean athletic build. Ran a 6.95 second 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, active feet and moves well on the dirt, plays with good energy and intent, rounds the bal well and shows big arm strength across, clocked up to 87 on strong throws. Also pitches, athletic delivery and violent down the mound, very live arm from low three-quarters slot, up to 86 with good run on the fastball, sharp late-biting curveball in low-70s projects well. Right-handed hitter, even base and small trigger, good bat speed and quick twitch-process, sprays to all fields with quick hands and a repeated swing, good handle of the barrel and produced strong liners to all fields.
