Aiden Nunez is a 2023 OF/RHP/3B with a 5-11 178 lb. frame from Chino Hills, CA who attends Ruben S. Ayala. Medium build with good present strength. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow even base with a high hand load, leg lift trigger, lifting swing with some bat speed and strength behind it, can drive the gaps with some carry, not consistent in his timing and mechanics but has the strength to continue to grow as a hitter. 7.83 runner in the sixty. Primary outfield who has good fundamentals coming through the ball and makes accurate throws, throws had some carry from a compact arm slot. Also played the infield with solid third base tools. Also pitched, works from a tall delivery over the rubber with a compact arm takeaway, high 3/4's arm slot, has a short stride out front and tends to spin off his front side and lose direction. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, mostly straight. Slider was a solid second pitch with some tilt to it. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
