Ethan McCubbin is a 2027 LHP/OF with a 5-6 155 lb. frame from Duluth, MN who attends Hermantown. Medium frame with compact build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.60 seconds. Performed well with the bat in this one, even-based set, gains ground and holds coil, keeps swing compact, generates leverage and does a nice job of getting it into the air, burned the left fielder on an oppo triple, showed good things with the bat. Worked out in the outfield, moves well, shows solid quickness to the ball and clean hands working through, clocked up to 73 mph on throws. Also pitched, keeps arm stroke inline and compact, worked 66-69 mph and flashed a slow curveball.
