Nate Dietz is a 2025 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Tallahassee, FL who attends Community Christian. Medium athletic build with the beginnings of some present strength. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread start and a hanging front leg load, deep hand load, fluid swing with good bat speed, ball comes off the barrel hard when he gets it out front. 7.26 runner in the sixty. Has quick and active feet in the infield, plenty of arm strength on his throws, circles the ball well and has an idea of footwork and direction through the ball. Also played the outfield with same type of athleticism and aggressiveness. Took a turn on the mound, high 3/4's arm action works well, repeats his mechanics and fills up the strike zone. Fastball topped out at 78 mph, mostly straight. Curveball was a solid pitch with good spin and shape. Good athlete who will keep improving in all areas.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
