Ryder Hess is a 2026 2B/SS, IF, OF with a 5-6 150 lb. frame from Ladera Ranch, CA who attends JSerra Catholic. Features a high waisted, athletic look. Ran a 7.80 second sixty yard dash. Primary Second Baseman, works into it quickly. Clean gather out front and shuffles into transfers. Clean arm stroke with throws up to 72 mph. Secondary Outfielder, showed the ability to work through the ball. He has a fluid arm stroke with advanced carry. He was accurate throughout. Right-Handed Hitter, he has a medium base with a medium leg lift trigger. He gets extended to impact with feel for the barrel. Has a middle of the field approach with the ability to turn on a pitch. More to come as he develops. He is an excellent student.
