Diego Rodriguez is a 2022 OF/C with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Toa Alta, PR who attends Manuel Cruz Maceira Baseball. Recorded a 7.16 second 60-yard dash time. Strong frame with some physicality present to the build. Primary outfielder with quick feet and stays low through the funnel. Confident actions with a long arm stroke and throws recorded up to 75 mph into the diamond. Secondary catcher with some bounce and good energy. Uphill release and gets out of the crouch well; best recorded pop time of 2.10 seconds. Right-handed hitter with an even, slightly open stance, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Small lift out in front and can work to both sides nicely. Closes stance on time and flashes some strength when squared. Tremendous student.
