Cody Pigford is a 2027 3B/RHP/OF with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Collinsville, MS who attends West Lauderdale. Medium frame with a stocky type build. Ran a 8.05 second sixty yard dash. Primary Third Baseman, sitting back on the baseball before gathering deep in the stance. Shuffles into transfer and then released. Accurate around the bag up to 75 mph during drills. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, simple mechanics working into a turn and throw type delivery. Compact arm stroke to a three-quarter slot release. Struggled to find the zone at times. Fastball up to 73 mph with spin rates up to 1820 rpm. Threw a curveball up to 55 mph with spin rate up to 1593 rpm. Secondary Outfielder, sitting back here as well. Gathers with two hands out front. Threw it 74 mph during drills. Right-handed Hitter, spread out to start with a closed front side. Strides out and works into a linear cut. Looked to drive the baseball back up the middle. Some pop to the middle of the field when timed up properly. Good Student.
