LATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT
2023 Jr. National Showcase
Gabe Huelsing is a 2025 OF/LHP with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from St. Louis, MO who attends Oakville. Medium athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. 7.14 runner in the sixty, has run down to 6.83 at PG showcases in the past. Primary outfielder on defense, fields the ball out front well, full arm action from an over the top arm slot, still developing consistency in his footwork and direction into his throws, has good arm strength and carry. Left handed hitter, hits from a spread bent knee stance, has a loose and extended swing, flashed some carry when he was squared up with more to come as he gets stronger, good base swing to grow into. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
