Joaquin Santos is a 2026 OF/RHP, 1B, 3B, SS, IF with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends The Walker School. Ran a 7.70 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with a tall frame and lean, athletic build. Displayed smooth actions with the glove and paired well with first step quickness and range to either side. Arm takes a long, loose action to release and produces throws with low, accurate trajectory to bases at 76-mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher with simple mechanics that allow his arm to stay on time through release from a 3/4 slot. Pitched off his fastball at 77-mph with slight lateral run. Complemented with a curveball at 61-mph with downer action and depth through the zone. Right-handed hitter with square stance and small step to start the swing. Linear path with developing rhythm and timing that produces pull-side result. Occasional leverage production with the lower half creates hard hit results with line-drive trajectory, especially to the pull side gap. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
