2021 Preseason HS Prospect Showcase
Noah Kanakis is a 2024 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Henderson, NV who attends Lake Mead Christian Academy. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.08 seconds. Primary pitcher, athletic delivery with tempo and fluidity, quick downhill, clean arm with arm speed, fastball worked 73-77 mph with good command to both sides, showed curveball with 1/7 shape and good depth, pounded the zone. Hits from open stance with leg lift trigger, pull-side approach with line drive approach, gets steep in entry, looseness to hands. Quick hands and exchanges at 1st base defensively, shows athleticism in footwork, clocked up to 75 mph across the diamond. Very good student.
