Landon Bailey is a 2023 OF/3B with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Vidor, TX who attends Vidor. Showed above average speed with a 6.91 second sixty. Primary outfielder with a medium strong build. Looked comfortable in the outfield with clean actions working through the baseball and carrying the momentum into the throws well with a full rm action getting on top of the baseball and creating some carry to the bases while topping out at 81 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts with an even base using a toe tap trigger. Bat path stays on a level plane through the hitting zone with good bat speed and intent. He uses the lower half well creating some jump to the middle and pull side of the field with good extension through contact finding the barrel at a high rate. Very good student. Named to the 2022 National Academic Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
