Jack Bailey is a 2026 OF/C with a 5-3 101 lb. frame from Odenton, MD who attends Arundel. Small frame with a very young build. Ran an 8.43 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, attacks the ball hard, moves well through it and carries momentum while getting rid of the ball quick with developing arm strength. Also worked out behind the plate, gains good ground working through the ball, releases from a lower slot and will improve throws with added arm strength. Right-handed hitter, sets up open and shifts in well, longer swing on a level path, developing bat speed but has some bat to ball skills that'll project as he gets stronger.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
