2022 PG Softball KC Scouting Combine - Fall
Rylie Devlin is a 2024 OF/3B, SS from Davenport, IA who attends Davenport Central. Rylie is a very strong athlete and not only showcased her ability to lead in the outfield, but also be a power threat offensively as well. At our Kansas City Combine this past October, Rylie made big time plays in the outfield. Game changer defensivly with her all out mentality in centerfield. Does a great job reading the ball off the bat, as she continues to work on consistently getting rid of her transfer a little bit quicker she will continue to see her game defensively get to new heights. Offensively, she has an explosive lower half to the ball. Does a great job keeping her hands quiet and short to contact while focusing on leg drive. More of a pull side hitter, Rylie does a great job getting good ball flight off the bat, by continuing her extension through the ball. Overall Rylie is an athlete who is a gamer, she wants to make big plays, she wants to create momentum for her team and has the ability to do so. I am very excited to see what the future holds for this athlete.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
