Gavin Rossi is a 2022 OF/3B, SS with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Orange, CA who attends Villa Park. He showed good speed with with 6.73 second sixty. A primary outfielder with a medium athletic build. He works aggressive to the baseball and carries his momentum well into his throws with a short shuffle and quick release, he has overall smooth mechanics with decent arm strength making accurate throws on a line. Right-handed hitter, starts with an even base and low hand set, uses a hanging leg lift to trigger a level bat path with some jump off the barrel when squared, he uses the middle of the field at his best with strength in the hands creating leverage at times. Good student. Named to the 2021 California Workout Camp Session 4 Top Prospect List.
