Douglass Whitworth is a 2025 OF/3B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Cathedral Catholic. Clocked a 7.20 60-yard dash. An outfielder with fundamental footwork, a quick first step and momentum to and working through the baseball, clean glove actions fielding off to the side with a side shuffle gather and average arm strength with one hop accuracy to bases. Right handed hitter, hit from a slightly open stance with load stride timing. Up to middle line drive approach with developing bat speed. Some connectivity in the swing with a level path and feel for the barrel. Showed the ability to hit line drives to all fields in the BP round. Developable traits as he develops more strength. Good student.
