Isaiah Najera is a 2024 OF/3B with a 5-11 176 lb. frame from Whittier, CA who attends La Habra. Medium athletic build with some present strength. 7.46 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has good athleticism through the ball and carries his momentum through his throws, good glove position out front, makes accurate one-hop throws with good accuracy, well schooled defensive outfielder. Also worked out in the infield with similar actions as a third baseman, has some lateral agility and makes accurate throws. Right handed hitter, loads hard to his back side and tends to stay there through his swing, high hand load, long looping swing with a high finish, gets the barrel out front for consistent pull side contact, can continue to improve with adjustments at the plate. Good student.
