2022 Spring Midwest Workout Showcase (April 22)
Reed Frazier is a 2024 1B/RHP with a 6-4 230 lb. frame from Pontiac, IL who attends Pontiac. Recorded a 7.96 second sixty yard dash time. Large frame with a thick and stocky build, is physical with definite strength present. Primary first baseman with soft hands, knows how to field the position and has good footwork around the bag. Bends at the waist to field, shows quick turns toe second base and made accurate throws to each bag, clean round overall. Right-handed hitter with a slightly open stance and a low hand and back elbow set, loads the hands deep and utilizes a big leg lift trigger. Weight is back to start but he drives the hips and gets off the backside well. High intent swinger, takes aggressive hacks and looks to do damage. Has definite strength in the swing and will produce hard contact when on time and squared. Shows power over hit right now and will continue to improve moving forward. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
