Andrew Box is a 2025 OF/LHP with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Milton, GA who attends Cambridge. Box works from a young, medium, and still projecting build with room to fill out and add strength in the future. As a primary OF, the lefty successfully kept the body mechanics under control and worked through the ball well with a full arm action and high 3/4 release. Box was fundamentally sound with developing arm strength. On the bump, he worked in line down the mound displaying deliberate mechanics and finding the zone frequently as the appearance progressed. Ultimately topped out at 72 mph. Offensively, Box started from a slightly open stance with a compact hand set and a high back elbow, flashing some line drive impact gap to gap. He showcased strength in the hands and can continue adding to the power potential as he gets the barrel extended. Ran a 8.02 sixty yard dash. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
