Logan Shoaf is a 2024 SS/3B with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Concord, NC who attends Mount Pleasant. Medium, athletic frame with broad shoulders and present strength proportioned throughout frame. Ran a 7.99 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, fields the ball out front with a wide base, develop footwork on the move, works into a shorter arm action, accurate to first base when on top of throws. Righthanded hitter, begins with an open stance and a high back elbow in the box; strides slightly open moving into contact, upper body dominant swing. Keeps hands inside the ball and stays short to the ball, shows occasional lift with carry coming off the barrel to the middle of the field, projects with added extension. Very good student.
