Luke Green is a 2026 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-11 135 lb. frame from Birmingham, AL who attends Vestavia Hills. Slender young build with lots of time and room to get stronger. 7.19 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has good lower half athleticism and gets to the ball well, very aggressive in his routes to the ball and fields it cleanly, throws from a lower arm slot that is best suited to second base moving forward. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a deep hand load, rotational upper body swing, works gap to gap and barrels the ball up well when he gets out front. Took a turn on the mound, works from the stretch with the same low 3/4's slot he showed on defense, syncs up his upper and lower halves well and repeats his mechanics. Strike thrower with a low 70's fastball and sweeping slider. High energy player with some instincts for the game for his age. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
