LATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT
2022 13U/14U Sunshine Gulf Coast Showcase
Casey Thimaras is a 2026 3B/RHP, 1B with a 6-1 155 lb. frame from Odenville, AL who attends St. Clair. Casey has some height to like and just needs to gain strength. A lot to like here with projections. Casey can spin the fastball very well and shows a lively fastball while on the mound. A little bit of flexibility and coordination will set Thimaras on a really nice path. Casey showed some good hitting tools with being able to leverage the baseball from tall position. Upper body and arm is very clean and nice to watch, lower body and core are areas to focus on for continued development.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
