Tyler Huff is a 2023 C/MIF, OF with a 6-0 178 lb. frame from Loveland, OH who attends Loveland. Medium frame with athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.38 seconds. Hits from upright and slightly open stance with toe tap trigger, line drive swing plane with whole-field approach, covers the plate well and can spray liners around, projects well offensively. Primary catcher, gains ground well out of crouch with twitch to footwork, throws downhill with carry, clocked up to 76 mph on throws. Also took infield reps, clean hands out front with quickness to feet and release, clocked up to 81 mph on throws across. Very good student.
