Leyton Guhl is a 2027 OF/C with a 5-7 132 lb. frame from Indian Trail, NC who attends Metrolina Christian Academy. Recorded a 6.97 second 60-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with a medium frame and slender young build. First step quickness on approach with clean gather to exchange and quick release from a 3/4 arm slot. Throws to the bases with solid accuracy and carry at 72 mph. Secondary catcher with a side saddle stance and quick release on throws at 67 mph. Right-handed hitter with a wide base and open stance setup in the box. Short knee-lift trigger stride to square with some quick hands through the zone. Pull side impact when timing is in sync and contact out front. Excellent student. Named to the 2022 13U/14U Southeast Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
