Riley Treadaway is a 2024 RHP/3B, SS with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Greenville, NC who attends D H Conley. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.83 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, rhythmic delivery on the mound, smooth and repeatable windup; on line stride down the mound and works to a high three-quarters release point, locates the fastball well to the arm side and generates late tailing life down in the zone while topping out at 81 mph, showed some life when up in the zone. Curveball up to 72 mph showed 12-6 shape with depth and bite to it through the zone with some feel; mixed a changeup as well with fading action up to 73 mph, overall feel for the pitch will continue to develop. Hands work well in the infield, compact arm action on throws across, balanced on the charge with body control. Right-handed hitter, begins with an open stance and utilizes a high leg lift trigger; incorporates strength well into swing, some jump off of the barrel when extended out front, best contact to pull side and swing with intent, occasionally gets mistimed moving into contact. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
