Aidan Loszynski is a 2024 SS/RHP, 3B, MIF, UT with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Castleton, NY who attends Maple Hill. Works from a medium frame with some present athleticism and physical upside. Primary shortstop, works through the baseball well and stays under control, stays fairly light on the feet and has good lateral range. Clean funnel with softness to the hands, adjusts well and can make the athletic plays. Delivered accurate throws, recorded arm strength up to 83 mph across the diamond. Secondary right-handed pitcher, utilizes a simple and compact operation, releases from an over-the-top slot, arm has some whip to it. Pounded the zone with the fastball, topped it out at 80 mph. Landed a curveball with some vertical depth to it, has some feel for spinning it. Right-handed hitter, starts in a narrow upright stance with tight hands and a high hand set-up, utilizes a big leg lift trigger. Creates some separation with good strength at impact, whips the barrel through the zone, gets rotational at times, showed glimpses of developing power to the pull-side, recorded an exit velocity of 88 mph. Ran a 7.14 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student. Named to the 2023 Northeast Academic Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
