Peyton Johnson is a 2024 C/OF, UT with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Moline, IL who attends Home School. Medium frame with athletic and solid build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.04 seconds. Hits from wide-spread stance with even base, rotational swing with more stationary lower half, flashes bat speed on grooved path, flashes ability to create leverage, occasional strength pull-side. Worked out behind the plate, side-saddle set up on toes, receives it pretty well and shows quickness to lower half out of crouch, clocked up to 74 mph on throws and showed good ability to throw downhill to target. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
