Zackary Sperger is a 2023 SS/2B/3B/OF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Ithaca, NY who attends Lansing. Sperger is a utility infielder who works from a medium athletic build. Defensively, he displayed a short compact arm motion with solid carry across the diamond. He showed the ability to throw from multiple slots with good range and sound footwork. At the plate, Sperger started from an even stance flashing a direct path to the ball while consistently getting the barrel out in front. He showcased hard pull side contact with some barrel tilt to create backspin. Sperger also has a speed tool, running a 7.09 60 yard dash.
