Ryan Campbell is a 2022 LHP/OF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Canton, MI who attends Plymouth. Strong and compact athletic build. Works from the stretch with an extended 3/4's arm slot, long stride out front with some crossfire angle to the plate. Fastball topped out at 86 mph early, worked mostly in the low 80's, fastball mostly straight. Still developing his secondary pitches, flashed a change up but did not attempt a breaking ball. Has the arm strength to continue to develop but will have to improve his command and mechanics. 7.41 runner in the sixty. Left handed hitter, has an inside swing approach with tight hands through the zone, opposite to mid field approach, has the strength to develop as a hitter with adjustments. Showed good arm strength from the outfield with athletic actions through the ball, made on line accurate throws. Good student.
