Tanner Roberts is a 2022 LHP/1B, IF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Denham Springs, LA who attends Live Oak. Medium build with plenty of room to fill out as he continues to develop. Primary pitcher, has a long and whippy arm action from a three-quarters slot. Works quick through his motion, closes off as he comes up to his low leg lift. Pumps into his glove before fully separating. Very difficult look for left-handed hitters, fastball sits 81-86 mph while touching 87 mph. Good natural arm side run that makes it an even tougher look for lefties. Good deception to his delivery thanks to the whippyness of his arm action. Mixes in a 1-to-7 shaped breaking ball that he's able to manipulate. Good student in the classroom as well.
