Alan Hernandez Rodriguez is a 2026 SS/C with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Caguas, PR who attends TNXL Academy. Recorded a 7.14 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop with a young frame. Rounds the ball well and took efficient angles in the infield. Stayed light on feet with bounce and good balance. Has fundamentals and made a nice play on the slow roller. Ball comes out well, topping at 82 mph across the diamond. Secondary catcher and showed lots of intent to actions, using a short arm action, and releasing from a high slot. Recorded a 2.10 pop time in drills. Right-handed hitter and starts from a wide base with a high back elbow and hands. Showed some steepness to path and the ability to lift it out front. Used the pull side primarily during the round. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
